California has revamped its website for fire relief. The website is designed to offer a one-stop shop to help Los Angeles wildfire survivors access vital services. They can use the site to find information on how to apply for Federal Emergency Management Agency disaster relief, file insurance claims, replace documents and return to their homes safely. It also provides real-time updates via fire maps, road closure maps and air quality information. The state’s initial fire relief website launched on January 10th and has been visited over 300-thousand times.
