Hidden Camera Found in Another SoCal Neighborhood

A hidden camera was found in another Southern California residential neighborhood.  Residents of Arcadia discovered the camera in a bush pointed at the houses across the street. Police believe organized crime gangs are gathering information about the comings and goings of residents so they can time a burglary.  In recent months, several cameras have also been found in the San Fernando Valley.
