A woman says she was attacked by a homeless man while she walked her dog in the Fairfax district of Los Angeles. The unprovoked attack happened on June 24th, but the woman is just talking about it now. She says she received a black eye and deep scrapes on her knees and arms. She says she believes she was lucky the man, who is still at large, didn’t kill her.
