An infamous, aggressive otter is back and could soon be wreaking havoc on Santa Cruz beaches. Otter 841, known for causing trouble with surfers, was spotted over the weekend in the area. The animal stole the national spotlight last summer for being aggressive to local surfers and evading capture by wildlife crews. Officials advise staying away from 841 or any sea otters that may cross your path.
