State Senator, running for Katie Porter’s seat, endorsed by Porter, arrested for DUI.

California Democratic State Senator Dave Min is arrested for D-U-I.

Min, who represents the state’s 37th district including Irvine, confirms on his Facebook page, that he was cited for a misdemeanor D-U-I last night. Sacramento County Sheriff’s records show he was arrested and released early this morning. Min is a candidate for the 47th Congressional District, currently held by Representative Katie Porter who is one of the several Democrats looking to replace retiring Senator Diane Feinstein. On his Facebook post, he writes ” My decision to drive last night was irresponsible. I accept full responsibility and there is no excuse for my actions.”
