(Los Angeles, CA) – Rain is falling across Southern California and millions of residents are bracing for flooding and landslides. That’s especially true in mountain communities buried in snow. Warm rain is expected to rapidly melt a large percentage of the snow causing more flooding. Several inches of rain are forecast to fall in many parts of Southern California and wind is expected to be strong. The storms should taper off by midday Wednesday.
