(Los Angeles, CA) — New gun regulations are passing the Los Angeles County Board of supervisors in a unanimous vote. The ordinances will restrict gun sales in unincorporated parts of L-A County. It includes a ban on guns and ammo of 50 caliber or higher. There’s also a ban on most weapons in county parks and other public property. The ordinances also bar people under 21 from entering gun showrooms. Meantime, gun dealers would have to videotape all transactions. This comes after a mass shooting in Monterey Park that left 11 people dead.
