(Washington, DC) — “We are staying with Ukraine as long as Ukraine is there.” That’s the message from President Biden after a joint appearance at the white House with Ukrainian President Zelensky. Biden announced his administration will send an additional one-point-eight billion dollar package of assistance, as the Russian invasion continues. In his first foreign trip since the war began 300 days ago, Zelensky thanked Americans for their ongoing support and said the air defense systems are crucial to countering Russian attacks.
