(San Francisco, CA) — Federal prosecutors are being given until February to evaluate all the evidence against the man accused of attacking House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband. David DePape was in court Wednesday, more than a month after police say he broke into the couple’s San Francisco home and hit Paul Pelosi with a hammer. In the state case, a preliminary hearing will go on as planned in two weeks.
