(Atlanta, GA) — Wendy’s drive-thru service is struggling with customer satisfaction and accuracy. That’s according to Intouch Insight’s annual drive-thru study. Drive-thru speed at the home of the square burger lagged the most behind all chains surveyed for the report, with service time 20-percent longer compared to 2019. It’s a hard hit for a company whose founder popularized the drive-thru window back in the 70s. The report also found Chick-fil-A had the fastest service for the third year in a row and tied Carl’s Jr. for the top customer satisfaction score of 95-percent.
