(San Diego, CA) — California is continuing to ask people to cut back on water use. After cutting by three-percent in May, California residents conserved by nearly eight-percent in June, compared to the same month two years ago. However, the state is still asking people to do more with Governor Gavin Newsom meeting again with water agencies from across California over the weekend. Outdoor watering at commercial and industrial buildings continues to be banned in the state. California residents are now being asked to only do full loads of laundry, take showers instead of baths, and five minute showers overall, while cutting back on residential outdoor watering.
You can never conserve enough water to please Gavin Newsom
