(Washington, DC) — The President and First Lady Jill Biden had a younger German Shepherd named Major but he is now living with family friends in Delaware. That followed some biting incidents on the White House grounds. The Bidens are now welcoming a new puppy to the White House. Commander is a young German Shepherd and White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki called him “very adorable” during her daily news briefing. The Bidens will also welcome a female cat to the family next month. The Bidens’ beloved German Shepherd Champ died in June at the age of 13.
