Biden will be 82-years-old in 2024 and there is growing talk that his mental state is deteriorating. Democrats have started speculating about who might run if Biden decides not to seek another term. The list of already-failed prospects starts with historically unpopular Vice President Harris and includes Transportation Pete Buttigieg-who has yet to have a positive impact on supply chain issues.. Both were unsuccessful presidential candidates in 2020.
