(Los Angeles, CA) — Candidates for next year’s mayoral election gathered in their first public forum. City Attorney Mike Feuer, Representative Karen Bass, CEO of the Central City Association Jessica Lall and Marketing Executive Craig Greiwe met Sunday. Councilmen Joe Buscaino and Kevin de Leon were scheduled to appear but did not attend. The candidates discussed a variety of issues including affordable housing, police reform and water usage. The primary for the mayoral election will take place June 7th with the two top going head-to-head in the general election on November 8th.
