(New York, NY) — All three major indexes are closing at record highs. It came after the Federal Reserve announced its plan to begin slowing down monthly bond purchases that were implemented during the pandemic. The central bank said price increases have been more rapid than expected, but they still view the rising prices as “transitory.” At the closing bell, the Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 104 points to 36-157. The S&P 500 jumped almost 30 points to 46-60. The Nasdaq rose by almost 162 points to 15-811.
