CA Health Care Workers Must Get COVID Vaccine

(Sacramento, CA) — State health care workers are required to get fully vaccinated by November 30th. The California Public Health Department announced the new mandate earlier this week. This goes for all adult and senior care facility workers as well as those assigned to direct, in-home care settings. Officials say it is important to protect California’s most vulnerable and high risk residents from the ongoing threat of COVID. Many public sector workers have pushed back against vax mandates.
