59 Percent of Gen Z Traders Traded While Drunk

(Undated) — Forget Netflix and Chill, how about Robinhood and Chardonnay? A new survey shows a large amount of investors are admitting they’ve cracked open a few bottles while trading. Research from Magnify Money shows 32 percent of stockholders say they were drunk while buying and selling stocks. Among the age groups, those considered in the Generation Z category stood out at 59 percent. Meantime, nine percent of Baby Boomers say they were intoxicated while making financial trades.
