NYC Family Sues Peloton Over Their Toddler’s Third-Degree Burns: Judge For Yourself

(Brooklyn, NY) — A New York City family is suing Peloton over their toddler’s third-degree burns. Sarah and Ygal Saadoun say their son was sucked under the conveyor belt of a Peloton Tread+ last July at a family gathering at someone else’s home. The parents say their three-year-old suffered burns over large parts of his body and has been left traumatized. Their lawyer says there have been 70 similar incidents involving the 43-hundred-dollar treadmills which have been recalled. Peloton says it’s reviewing the incident and is continuing to cooperate with the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
