(San Francisco, CA) — The San Francisco Giants are ditching requirements for fans to show proof of a negative COVID test for entry into Oracle Park. Team officials say the change is for fans who sit in the socially distanced sections of the ballpark. Proof of a full vaccination is still required for those wishing to sit in fully vaccinated sections. Face coverings are still required for everyone except when eating or drinking. The new, looser requirements will begin Friday night when the Giants host the Los Angeles Dodgers.
