(Sacramento, CA) — The California State University system will not be increasing tuition for the 2021 school year. Chancellor Joseph Castro made the announcement during Tuesday’s CSU Board of Trustees meeting. Castro said Governor Newsom’s January budget proposal and the system’s cost-cutting efforts led to the decision.
