(Sacramento, CA) — California health officials have lifted all regional COVID-19 stay-at-home orders. The announcement from Sacramento this morning includes the San Joaquin Valley, Southern California, and Bay Area regions. Now restaurants can resume serving diners outdoors, barbershops, hair and nail salons, and other businesses will be able to offer additional services. Health officials projected the four-week intensive care unit capacity in the three regions to be above 15-percent. All counties in the state will now revert back to the color-coded tier system, with most counties falling in the most-restrictive “Purple” tier.
