Israel Herrera Perez is the man Los Angeles Police believe spray-painted cars in Calabasas, Brentwood and Westwood. Investigators also believe the 44-year-old sprayed anti-Semitic graffiti on several Jewish schools and universities in Bel Air, Westwood and Brentwood. He’s being held on 120-thousand dollars bail.
