The Rose Bowl football game and New Year’s Tournament of Roses Parade are just around the corner. Jesse Baker with the U.S. Secret Service says everyone needs to be vigilant during those high-profile events.

The Pasadena Police chief says they have not identified any specific threats. It should be a cold New Year’s Day. Officials are reminding visitors to dress in layers. The game will feature the Oregon Ducks against the Wisconsin Badgers.
