The FBI says two suspects are now in custody for allegedly shooting a man in the head and dumping his body into the Pacific Ocean.

Coast Guard and FBI agents conducted pre-dawn raids Thursday in several Orange County locations. They arrested Hoang Le and Sheila Ritze and served search warrants. KABC TV says the suspects were taken into custody in Fountain Valley and San Juan Capistrano. Investigators say the victim was found floating in the ocean near the San Diego-Orange County border back in October.
