Deputies were responding to a domestic disturbance call in Menifee when they made the find. Officials say they’re recovered seven improvised explosive devices, 15 guns and thousands of rounds of ammunition. The suspect, Timothy Rarick, was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence, criminal threats and possession of an explosive device. He’s being held on 200-thousand dollars bail.
