The LA Times says documents show that the agreement was signed in September between the former secretary of Homeland Security and the Honduran foreign minister. The Trump administration reached a similar agreement with Guatemala. The agreements will force people from other countries to travel to those Central American nations, effectively ending their ability to seek asylum in America.
