A red flag warning is being extended through Saturday evening. The National Weather Service expects high winds to be a problem for Ventura and Los Angeles counties. That’s especially true for many mountain and valley areas. Winds gusts of up to 35 miles-per-hour are mixing with low humidity levels to create dangerous fire conditions.
