That accident kept lanes closed for most of the morning. It started when an Uber driver called 9-1-1 before four a.m. He reportedly told the operator that two people where fighting in his car. Multiple reports indicate one passenger got out of the car and jumped over the center of the 101 freeway. He was reportedly hit by a CHP officer driving the other direction. An investigation continues.
