The L.A. Times is reporting that the surviving crew members told the owner of the boat that carried them to safety, that the fire started in the galley near where cellphones and cameras had been plugged in to charge overnight.  The NTSB is now on scene and investigating that theory, as well as another theory being floated around involving lithium battery chargers near the bunk area.  The fire killed 34 people when the boat when up in flames on Monday and 1 person remains unaccounted for.
