State-of-the-art sonar and underwater video systems are now on site as investigators continue to examine a deadly boat fire. A crew from the Los Angeles Port Police is now using the devices to scan the ocean floor and the ship wreckage. Authorities in Santa Barbara believe 34 people died when the chartered diving boat caught fire and sank Monday off the coast of Santa Cruz Island.
