Police in West Covina now believe the burned body of John Aguila was recovered in Upland, but they’re waiting for confirmation from investigators in San Bernardino County. The 28-year-old went missing on Thursday. Prosecutors now allege he was killed by Elijah Rouse and Shaun Cardarelli. The capital murder charges include allegations that the 18 and 37-year-old suspects were robbing the victim and that they used a knife. The victim’s car was found with blood inside.
