Anaheim police say the worker from an outside firm was working in a trench just outside the theme park. A little after three a.m. Thursday, a crane carrying a large pipe apparently stuck a cross beam. That beam knocked over a large metal plate that was holding up a wall. Police say the plate crashed into the worker. Paramedics rushed the 38-year-old to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
