Boys from the Capo Valley High School cross country team were running across a bridge in Ladera Ranch when a homeless woman allegedly attacked them. The Orange County Sheriff’s department says it happened Friday afternoon on the Crown Valley Parkway bridge. It was first reported as a possible jumper. But when deputies arrived they realized the suspect had assaulted two boys and tried to push one over the railing. The boys are not hurt. 23-year-old Stephanie Redondo is behind bars.
