The man can be seen on security video walking into a recycling business in Watts and asking the guys standing around where the owner was, because he’d like to talk to him about a job. The employees told him the company wasn’t hiring, but he found the owner anyway. When the owner told him he wasn’t hiring, he whipped out a handgun and shot several times hitting the owner in the arm. The guy ran off and has not been seen since.
