Former South Bay Area Assemblymember Evan Low has been fined over 100-thousand dollars for campaign reporting violations. The California Fair Political Practices Commission has slapped Low with nearly two dozen counts for failing to maintain proper records and for failing to disclose them in a timely manner. Some of the allegations are connected to payments Low made to actor Alec Baldwin when Baldwin made an appearance for Low during his campaign.
