President Trump: “Waltz Has Learned a Lesson”

President Trump says national security adviser Mike Waltz “has learned a lesson.” That’s what he told NBC News when asked about a reporter claiming he was included on a group text that discussed plans to strike Houthi targets. The Atlantic editor Jeffrey Goldberg said he was included on a text chain on the encrypted messaging app Signal, that also appeared to include Vice President JD Vance, National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard and Secretary of State Marco Rubio. Trump went on to say the incident was “the only glitch in two months, and it turned out not to be a serious one.”
