The man known as the “Pillowcase Rapist” is now allowed to live in the Antelope Valley. On Monday, Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman announced Christopher Hubbart is now living in Juniper Hills, where he was placed last Friday. That’s despite strong backlash from residents and community leaders.
Hubbart is a convicted sexually violent predator. This is the third time in the past three years that a convicted criminal found suitable for conditional release has been placed in L.A. County’s high desert. Hochman has spoken out in opposition of the release and Hubbart’s placement in Juniper Hills.
