Mass transit in San Jose remains at a standstill as the VTA workers strike enters Day 15 today. The VTA board of directors on Sunday approved a revised contract offer in an effort to get some 15-hundred striking workers off the picket line and back on the job. Union leaders say the offer isn’t likely to pass because it rolls back previous concessions. The strike has left tens of thousands of commuters having to find alternate ways to work.
