Disaster assistance centers are opening up across Los Angeles County where people can apply for help. Several temporary sites are moving to a pair of long-term federal government offices. Those new FEMA sites will be open between 9am and 5pm starting on Tuesday. Palisades Fire victims should head to the Disaster Assistance Centers located at UCLA Research Park. That’s at West Pico Boulevard at Westwood Boulevard. Eaton Fire victims should go to Pasadena City College Community Education Center. That’s at East Foothill Boulevard just off the 210 Highway. Residents can also find federal help online at this website: DisasterAssistance.gov.
