A massive wall of flames is just feet away from a major set of TV and radio transmission towers near Los Angeles. The fire looks like it will soon overtake the Mt. Wilson facility. That site, 57-hundred feet in elevation, is home to a massive collection of transmitters that are critical to Southern California. A live feed from a Mt. Wilson web camera shows the area surrounded by smoke and fire.
