Close to five-million people in Northern California are no longer under a Tsunami warning after a 7.0 earthquake hit offshore. The warning has been cancelled by the Tsunami Warning Center.

A few minutes later an earthquake with a magnitude of 5.8 was felt in the town of Cobb, California, about 100 miles northwest of Sacramento.
