Federal authorities have a man from Southern California in custody who they believe was shipping weapons to North Korea. Prosecutors assert that the man was hiding the weapons in shipping containers in the Port of Long Beach. Those containers were destined for Hong Kong and the weapons would be transported to North Korea from there. Authorities say the man is a Chinese National in the United States illegally.
