A new report says California has the third worst tax climate in the nation. The Tax Foundation says California came in 48th for overall tax climate in the U.S., behind only New York and New Jersey, and had the second worst income taxes. The Sacramento Bee says California unemployment taxes are in the bottom half of states, and corporate and sales taxes are in the worst 20-percent of the country.
