San Francisco is getting a new mayor. Daniel Lurie will give his victory speech today. He won Tuesday’s election even with thousands of ballots left to be counted. Early results continue to show him leading Mayor Breed in ranked choice voting. But she says she doesn’t see a mathematical way to win. She conceded to Lurie yesterday, calling him to say congratulations and offer support during his transition.
