Mother Nature is a playing big role on this Election Day. More than 27-million Californians will be under a red flag warning or weather watch due to a high fire danger. Strong winds will start in the north and move down south by tonight. Tomorrow is expected to be the windiest across the state, with gusts in Los Angeles and San Bernardino counties reaching 80-miles-an-hour. To avoid fires, PG&E may shut off power in 17 counties by the time polls close, while SoCal Edison considers doing the same for more than 170-thousand customers.
