A homeowner in Southern California confronted a squatter inside his house and sent him to the hospital. The man came home to check on his property in Van Nuys, which is under construction, and saw a light on upstairs, so he opened the door. The homeowner held the man until police arrived. The intruder was arrested but left the scene in an ambulance. This is allegedly the second time this individual has broken into the home.
