A new CNBC poll finds Donald Trump with a commanding lead over Kamala Harris on key economy issues. Trump leads Harris 48-to-46-percent overall in the CNBC All-America Economic Survey.
But on the economy, Trump leads Harris by two-to-one. 79% of Republicans who believe their economic fortunes will improve with Trump in the White House.
48% of Democrats believe they’ll be better off if Harris wins, compared with 42% who say it makes no difference. Inflation and the cost of living continues to be a top issue of concern for voters. Trump has a 12-point lead on the second-most important issue, the country’s economy overall.
