Three men accused of killing a tourist during a botched robbery attempt in Orange County have pleaded not guilty to murder charges. The men entered their pleas during a court appearance on Thursday. The incident happened one month ago today, at the Fashion Island mall in Newport Beach. Prosecutors say the 68-year-old woman from New Zealand was hit by a getaway car and dragged after the men tried to rob she and her husband of a watch and shopping bags at gunpoint. One of the suspects is also accused of firing three to four shots at a bystander who tried to intervene.
