New developments on the FBI raids in Oakland.  The investigation has expanded to the police department.  The U.S. Attorney’s office wants records dating back to March that include reports involving the Duong family.  They run the city’s recycling company.  The FBI searched their homes last month along with Mayor Thao’s house.  She denies any wrongdoing and no charges have been filed.  The grand jury investigation could go on for months.
