Businesses in Downtown Los Angeles are complaining to officials that a non-profit is running what looks like a crack hotel.  Each day, people line up outside of Homeless Healthcare Los Angeles to pick up crack pipes and other drug paraphernalia.

Local business owners say they’ve seen individuals lighting up right on the street, and it looks like a government-run crack house. The Department of Public Health is aware of the situation, but business leaders say not enough is being done. Meantime, Homeless Healthcare Los Angeles plans to open two more locations.
